Q. What is a customised save the date video?
A. So you have got engaged and now it\'s time to let everyone know when your big day is happening to make sure they keep it free. You simply choose the Video template you like and proceed to customise it by uploading photos of yourselves, your names and dates, choose your music and font. You will receive a link to your completed video within 5 working days.
Q. What is different about Save the Date videos as opposed to traditional Save the Dates?
A. Traditionally couples sent our Save the Date Cards and Save the Date fridge magnets but now personalised Videos are all the rage. It is an easier and cheaper way of letting your friends and family know about your upcoming date as you do not have the expense of post and packaging. You will also have this video forever as a memory.
Q. Can I post the video on my Facebook or Twitter Account?
Of course you can, and many couples choose to do exactly this. We will send you the link to your customised video and once you are happy with it you can then send the link to all of your friends and family and/ or upload the Video on your Facebook or Twitter account.
Q. How much does a personalised "save the date" video cost?
A. Each video costs you €99 or £83 for full customisation including your personal details, style and photographs.
Q. How long does delivery take?
A. You will receive your customised save the date video within 5 working days. You will receive a copy to your email for you to approve and once you give us the OK we proceed to give you the link on our site to give to your friends and family
Q. I have relatives who are not on email, what is the solution.
A. You can either copy the Video onto a USB key or a DVD and send it in the mail or hand deliver it to anyone who doesn\'t have access to email. We can also do this for you for a small cost.
Q. How long does my video stay on adateforthediary.com?
A. We will keep your video live on our site for one year but we can also upload it to Youtube for you so you will have it forever.
Q. What happens if I am not happy with my video when it is sent to me to approve?
A. You will have seen exactly how the video looks on our site so you will not have any nasty surprises! If there are any errors on the video e.g you told us the wrong date, we will of course fix these for free. If you wish to change the photographs, music or any other features that you chose there will be a small charge of €10/£8.40 per change.
Q. How do you accept payment?
A. We take payment through Secure payment site PayPal. We can accept all major Credit Cards and the payment appears on your card as to AdatefortheDiary.com
Q. Can you design a bespoke video for us?
A. Of course we will be delighted to design your own bespoke Video. Just complete the contact form.
Q. Do you only supply videos for Wedding save the Dates?
A. No, we can design a bespoke video for any announcement, birthday party, Birth of a child or corporate event like a sale announcement. Just complete the contact form and one of your customer services team will be in touch.
